Almond Dukkah
This is a “Savory” Dukkah made mainly from Almond. It works well on its own, and it is a wonderful cooking ingredient.
We love to bake Salmon or any other fish with it. Not only it gives texture to the dish, it also makes a delicate fish plating look rustic. It is a perfect topping for most salads too.

Cashew Dukkah
Introducing our “Sweet” Dukkah! Made mainly out from cashew nuts. Combined with black sesames and pumpkin seeds, it makes every mouthful burst with spring and summer. They are great compliment to vanilla or coconut ice cream and yogurt, and can also be used to give textures to cake when they are sprinkled as topping.
Hazelnut Dukkah
Introducing our “Spicy” Dukkah! Made mainly out of Hazelnuts. Combined with its bitter sweet aftertaste, the paprika and dried red chili are mellowed to provide only enjoyment of the freshness of chili and makes one come back for more. It’s salivating on its own, but also a good rub for baking chicken, duck and most meats.
