Almond Dukkah Salmon
Almonds contain lots of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium and vitamin E. The health benefits of almonds include lower blood sugar levels, reduced blood pressure and lower cholesterol levels. They can also reduce hunger and promote weight loss.
Ingredients • Almonds • Fennel seeds • Coriander seeds • Sesame seeds • Black Pepper corns • Salt • 150g Salmon Directions 1. Roast and blend all the seeds and season with pepper corns and salt. 2. In a hot pan, add in oil and place salmon skin side on the pan. 3. Remove salmon from pan and scatter dukkah onto the top. 4. Transfer them into an oven for at least 5 minutes at 180 degree Celsius. 5. Plate up with salad to complete the meal. |
